The price may vary, but generally $125. We do not have any assocation with the doctor's office, so feel free to contact them with any questions - 406 589 5516. There is also a $30 state fee, which covers the processing of your card by the DPHHS. This fee must be paid when submitting your application.

The following is a comprehensive list of qualifying conditions from the official Montana DPHHS Medical Marijuana webpage (see link below): 1 - cancer, glaucoma, positive status or human immunodeficiency virus, or acquired immune deficiency syndrome when the condition or disease results in symptoms that seriously and adversely affect the patient's health status; 2 - cachexia or wasting syndrome; 3 - severe chronic pain that is persistent pain of severe intensity that significantly interferes with daily activities as documented by the patient's treating physician; 4 - intractable nausea or vomiting; 5 - epilepsy or an intractable seizure disorder; 6- multiple sclerosis; 7 - Crohn's disease; 8 - painful peripheral neuropathy; 9 - A central nervous system disorder resulting in chronic, painful spasticity or muscle spasms; 10 - Admittance into hospice care in accordance with rules adopted by the department; 11 - Post-traumatic Stress Disorder; or   12 - Any other medical condition or treatment for a medical condition approved by the legislature.   http://dphhs.mt.gov/marijuana/mmpfaq

What Do I Need to Become a Patient and How Do I Sign Up

Upon payment our driver will complete the transaction by handing over your order!
